Here at Zap electronic devices we manufacturer high reliability PID temperature controllers.
We have made some versions for companies who no longer wish to manufacturer their own.
Some controllers are RS-232 compatable and include separate "over-temperature"
protection, while others are simpler and do not have these features. We offer a range of AC outputs
to the heater/device from 8VAC to 32VAC, and we have also engineered and
produced other types of outputs. These include a DC output version and a "soft-start" version
which insures that the device is not "snapped" on at full voltage, but rather it has a gradual increase
in voltage, which is friendlier to many types of heater designs. Please feel free to call and discuss

We also routinely use high quality TIG welding, in the manufacturing of ion pumps, electron guns, and joining a variety of exotic materials such as kovar and stainless steels. In addition to this we provide a vacuum leak checking service. Feel free to contact us to discuss your needs.
